• Controller and advisory services
• Fractional CFO services
• Systems support and software setup
• GST/HST filings and compliance

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access information we provide
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your business and financial activities
• Pay all fees and charges in accordance with our payment terms
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your business or financial situation that may affect our services

Fees for our services will be agreed upon in writing before services commence. Payment terms, including due dates and late payment penalties, will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and financial data. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit written consent. As a Certified Public Accountant, we are bound by professional standards of confidentiality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrow CPA Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Our services are provided in accordance with professional accounting standards and applicable regulations. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results, and you acknowledge that accounting and tax matters involve inherent uncertainties.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Integrow CPA Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees and charges incurred up to the date of termination. We will return your documents and information in accordance with professional standards and applicable regulations.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province of British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
